Copyright: All Content of this Website and products sold through this Website are protected by copyright and are registered with the US copyright office. The purchaser of Originals, prints and images has no right to reproduce and/or distribute such items without permission being granted in writing by Marja-Leena Pty Ltd. All print and Web images are embedded with digital watermarking technology, this allows the copyright owner to track and determine fraudulent images. The Content, trademarks, logos and images displayed on the Website are the property of Marja-Leena Pty Ltd and/or other third parties - even if not clearly identified as such. Users are prohibited from using any of the above mentioned Marks without the written permission of Marja-Leena Pty Ltd or such third party that may own the Marks.
Payment Options: We accept Visa & Mastercard, Paypal, cheques and bank transfer payments. We also accept payment to our Bankgiro in Sweden Nr 5428-2629. Please note: If paying other than by Credit/debit card, shipping will not occur until payment has cleared.
Application of Australian Sales Tax: Prices are quoted with and without sales tax (GST). GST will be applied to all purchases to a delivery address within Australia. For all other destinations GST is not applicable and therefore will not be charged.
Problem Handling: At Marja-Leena we always aim to deliver the very best in all we do, however there may be occasions when things go wrong. If you have a problem with your order or products, please contact us quoting your order number.

2. Privacy

At Marja-Leena it is our policy to only collect the minimum information from & about you to enable us to process your order and provide the best possible service. Information about you will NEVER be passed on to third parties.

Furthermore, all payments made on this site are only processed by us and our Bank, ANZ Bank Australia. We do not keep any Credit Card details after purchase for your security and no information, payment or otherwise is sent to or processed by any third parties.

All transactions on this site are processed using SSL, (Secure Socket Layer), an encryption feature of software built into web browsers, preventing access to information exchanged between browser and server by anyone else. This protects the transfer of your private details and credit card numbers to our server. Also upon entering this site you are issued with a session ID, and at every page you view it is rechecked to ensure it is you who is using the service.

3. Shipping and Returns

Delivery Methods: Our delivery methods are primarily by UPS or by mail with Australia Post. In the case of UPS or Australia Post Express Parcels, tracking information will be forwarded to you.
Delivery Times: Once you payment has been processed and verified, you order will be produced and shipped within 3 business days. For UPS delivery times are described on the shipping selection page and in your order confirmation Email. Delivery times for Australia Post are also stated on the shipping delivery page and will depend on which service you select. Normal delivery is within 7-10 days for most of the world.
Damaged Goods: You may cancel your order and receive a full refund or free replacement if you receive damaged goods. Within 7 days of receipt of damaged goods, contact us and inform us of the state of you goods and that you would like a replacement or refund. Then return the goods to us in their original packaging and we will process your cancellation for a refund/replacement. Please quote your order number in all correspondence.
Cancellation: You may cancel your order by contacting us at anytime before shipment. This should be done as soon as possible as shipping will usually occur within 3 working days. Please quote your order number in all communications.
